Subscriptions orders
We do not offer refunds or returns. If your book was damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to send a replacement. Please email hello@goodbookclub.co.uk with a photograph of the damage.
In the unlikely event we send you a book you already own, we will be happy to swap it for you and cover the costs of your return postage. Please email hello@goodbookclub.co.uk in this instance and we will organise a swap for you. We can only swap books that are returned to us in pristine condition.
If the book you receive is not to your liking, we regret that we are unable to accept returns after the book has been read.
Online & Postal Orders
For returns of online or postal orders, please email us at hello@goodbookclub.co.uk. We will guide you through the process. Full refunds are available for any reason within 14 days of payment.

If you wish to return a book that is not faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. If your book is faulty or damaged, email us at hello@goodbookclub.co.uk with pictures of the issue.
