We do not offer refunds or returns. If your book was damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to send a replacement. Please email email@example.com with a photograph of the damage.
In the unlikely event we send you a book you already own, we will be happy to swap it for you and cover the costs of your return postage. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org in this instance and we will organise a swap for you. We can only swap books that are returned to us in pristine condition.
If the book you receive is not to your liking, we regret that we are unable to accept returns after the book has been read.
